Hi, I was a family friend to Sofia and I just want to say I'm so happy everyone's hearing her story, she was a beautiful little girl. i remember giving her my old clothes and doing a fashion show, or the time her little face lit up when she saw our puppies or how happy she'd be with a new toy even if she was at the hospital... Anyways, Sofi, I hope you are very happy up there with your angels, and I love you.. See you soon. Te quiero

I just remember this really hurt when I first saw it. The way people come together over such a tragedy IS beautiful, but...I have a very difficult time dealing with such immense cruelty in the universe. Kids.....who get cancer, and die. Shouldn't be a thing. But it is. It's one of many such utterly unfair cruelties that has ZERO upside.
There's no justification for such suffering. And people who rationalize it or say such kids are "in a better place" honestly....only make it worse imo, because they add wishful delusion on top of pain. I get that maybe that's _their_ way of coping? But it's also a way of justifying the unjustifiable and pushing the burden of the reality of the situation on to others.
Gah.....I clearly need to pass on this one. This kind of thing is too painful. Life is too painful sometimes...
But I'm glad you got a chance to watch it.
It's the only Aurora song(or at least one she's featured on) that I've only heard once.....
A very tough one to watch for sure. Videos like these help me to focus on what's really important in my life.
