I'm about to put u on game. When Tom died, a dude worth dreads was filming and in the frame you can clearly see Li chilling in scrubs. Deacon and Shiela are going to see the video on social media, and they're(Shiela) going to tell the cops that she was there in scrubs and didn't respond to Tom on the floor. I think Li paid Bill Spencer's ex lawyer to spike the drink, case closed!
