Good question! I will follow up to make contact with the person in charge. After the second time contacting them I don't like to be to pushy so I will just check on them when I'm in the area or if I have extra time but will not go out of my way unless they seem promising.
@@windowninja1629 Maybe try this in the mix in the future that's worked for me is give them a free exterior on the first cleaning which would give them 1/2 off or you could go one step further and first cleaning free. People like free. After that you'll be able to making good money from them 👊🏾
Good catch. I priced it at 25 and foolishly wrote the receipt for 20. I noticed when I handed it to them and just called it a deal for becoming a monthly customer. But $20 is just fine for me. It took about 20 minutes for the initial clean. It will take about 10 minutes for regular cleaning. And also gets me in that plaza and can lead to more customers.
Most customers start monthly. I do have 3 customers that go weekly and many that go bi-weekly. Some customers switch to monthly through the winter and want bi-weekly during the busy season. I will occasionally ask how my service is and if the schedule is working for them to see if they want to go more often or if monthly is working for them.
