AOMG and H1ghr Music, AOMG is one of the biggest K-hiphop label in Korea while H1ghr Music is more global because there are some artists from the states (Seattle, his hometown). Just check his artists in those two labels. All of them are talented and super lit. His label Highr Music just drop their compilation album recently. If you have time just check them out.

I love how real he is. It’s very sad to see Kpop idols having really strict or unrealistic diets and so it’s really encouraging to see him just openly talk about junk food and late night eating normally instead of demonizing it. I wish all idols were as comfortable with themselves as he is.
I mean he isn’t being controlled in a Kpop company since he is the CEO along with Gray in two companies plus those two companies aren’t like the big three and any other Kpop companies
I may be wrong, but it also seems like the unrealistic diets are moreso female kpop idols vs male kpop idols ... which is definitely interesting to think about as well!
@@merlynsorto8742 Gray is not a CEO in either of Jay's companies tho the firdt one AOMG has DJ Pupkin as the co-CEO and the second one H1GHR Music has Cha Cha Malone. Also Jay and the industry he is working is not considered K-Pop so those toxic and unrealisitc rules don't apply to him nor his artists. Yes he is also working in the music industry, but a different part of it so one can't compare him to the standard that the K-Pop industry has created.
alot of idols do this though?? atleast the idol groups that i stan, they're constantly eating junk food and talking about their shit diets- unless they're promoting, idols only go on stricter diets when they're promoting which is honestly a good thing, eating a bunch of greasy food and then performing on stage sounds like a nightmare. back then diets use to be really strict but i feel like nowadays, idols have more freedom to do and say what they want, atleast in my opinion lmfao
@@newjunies yeah compared to let’s say 10 years ago when Jay was an Idol rules have become less strict but that doesn’t mean they are justified even now. They still have terrible diets that they need to follow. The difference is even when Jay is promoting he doesn’t have to do diets/work outs to get in shape he rather does it because he wants to
