*Ingredients:*
- 4 very ripe bananas
- 100 gm brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 140 ml veg oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 240 gm all-purpose flour ( 2 cups)
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
For the Ganache:
- 240 gm heavy cream ( hot)
- 230 gm chocolate ( finely chopped)
