- Some times you have days where you are really one with the bike and here is a day at Donington trackday where everything came together. I have edited this video in a way that you Do Not need to skip the video at all. All the overtakes will be shown in a sequence from Inters session in the morning to Fast group onwards in the afternoon . BEST TIME 1min 42.3

Kal Heer I think the guys were doing their own good decent comfortable pace. I respect them all, they are all from our Aprilia group mainly . However, I was in the groove that day. I just came back from Portimao and Jerez and then Cadwell. So I was a well oiled machine that day . Things go well sometimes and I well know when things don’t go well 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤷♂️... hate crashing lol

I appreciate your comments , yes I do agree I am pretty ruthless and hard on the brakes and sometimes I do get it horribly wrong lol ... but I still don’t think I am qualified enough to teach others but you have planted a seed of thought in my head . I’ll work on a video like this for sure
Your Gopro GPS shows some weird lap traces on the map. Have you tried a Garmin Virb ? I use one for my videos and it covers your lap times etc, and I found the lap trace to be more reliable than Gopros - Plus the batteries last way longer
graeme hardie I agree with you mate , 90 percent of the time Gopro is ok but I have noticed that it messes up if you go really off the track or into the gravel quite way back , in the second morning session I went way off track as I outbraked embarrassingly quite bad (check out full donington video on my channel ) hence you see a really strange lap outlay map of Gopro at the beginning of this video with messed up Gopro kph speed. I have seen some really good results with that garmin virb. I’ll look into it . Normally I show my laptimer with all my telemetry but I deliberately didn’t show that here, it’s on the main video though . A lot of people get quite sensitive about measuring laptimes on track and over taking left right centre , so I just kept it gps data only . And mentioned my best lap right at the end of the video

How much impact did that oversuspension have on your confidence if you were using it on your bike. Still would like to know if it makes the ride plusher on the street.
BizAutomation hi mate, unfortunately I didn’t have the over suspension last year , this is July 2019. I got one only this month . It’s a fairly new device. It’s for both road and track as the main benefit comes from maintaining constant contact patch at most times and counter adjusting the oscillating vibrations. I will definitely report back some feedback to you once the lockdown opens and we can all go back to the tracks

Philip M hi Philip. Hope you are fine mate. Thanks for watching. I saw your other comment on my other upgrades video but when I replied the comment got deleted I don’t understand why. You were asking the suspension adjusters on top of the ohlins forks, they are Lightech mate . You can buy them from the link in my description.... for this video , I actually don’t have a helmet camera, in uk 🇬🇧 they do not allow camera on helmet in uk. But I have a Hero 7 black which I mount on stem nut of the bike using a ram mount, the ram mount goes inside the stem nut on the yoke. I don’t have a mic as I don’t don’t do motovlogging a lot but if I need to then I have Sena mics, the extra mics you get when you but the Sena motorbike bluetooth communication. So that extra mic goes into the Gopro audio adapter and that adapter goes into the gopro hero 7. Always buy original gopro sticky mount pads to put gopro on bike or helmet, don’t buy cheap duplicate chinese ones
