India has done a decent job in terms of road and rail infrastructure . 30-40 years we were a country of bullock carts and palanquins. My father used to go to his relatives house using boat during his child hood . After that farakka barrage was built and it was a game changer for North Bengal .

Most of those villages are deserted, with less than 10 elderly people in each village, so what do you want to see? You're just sour.
