My education loan sanction letter is covering the entire program fee (i.e. tuition + living). Should I still carry all other documents? Since the loan is in my name, it is self-funded and my parents aren't sponsoring. So should I still carry an affidavit of support and my parents' ITR and bank statements?

Unfortunately , I didn't get visa appointment date and I had to deferr for spring 2022. Then, I filled up new ds160 form and transfer my CGI FEDERAL profile to another country: India. So, can I do bank payment for MRV fees this time also with old CGI reference number? Because , there is same old CGI reference number in bank payment option after transferring my profile to India also.
