I think the host definitely had something to do with the punch, I think it was intended to be a prank for the taco guy but ended up very badly. You can hear the host say at 4:28 "Puedes pegar aquí en la pancita, aquí en la pancita, aquí ARRIBA" and "arriba" is the word that gives it away. The translation is "You can hit him here in the belly, here in the belly, UP HERE". The asshole told the fighter to hit him on the face and I am guessing the guy inside the taco suit didn't speak spanish so the host hit with his hand the belly so the guy in the inside thinks he was going to recieve the hit there but ended up saying "aquí arriba" which is "up here" and he hit the face with his hand but softly so the guy in the inside didn't notice it. The only one concerned about the taco guy is the female host that asks "¿estas bien taquero?" which means "are you ok taco guy?". Mexican out!
