Thank you for your sharing. When I click on 3D, “This Device” and “Ready 3D Models” do not appear. It directs me directly to the file on my computer. In the file, it does not see the photo I downloaded in GBL format. Can you help with this issue.thank you.
It's possible that you might be using an older version of PowerPoint. The ability to edit 3D models was likely introduced in 2018. Make sure your PowerPoint is updated to a version that supports 3D editing.
