- The grandson of a California hot rodder and son of a national drag racing champion, James Schiefer was born with gasoline in his veins. After getting a look at the Ring Brothers’ “Recoil” Chevelle build ( • Ringbrothers Recoil Ch... ), James began to plot, plan, and scheme for his own project. And thus was born his 1967 Chevrolet Nova SS.

You guys should come film me and my 99 civic EX I'll smoke that piece of skit Nova.
if you ever find yourself in the Philly area, I'd love to show off and give ya a bit of back story behind my 1972 nova coupe that my pops gave me that I use as a daily driver
What color is that called? Thx
Love that color.
My dad had one when I was growing up, all original, we took it to car shows multiple times per summer. It was a gem. Blue with black/white ("skunk stripe") interior. Manual transmission. Actually found the original window sticker behind the back seat when he sold it. Even my mom cried when the next owner pulled it out of the driveway. Forget retirement, I'm saving up to buy one of these.
My grandfather passed away and left me one of these in his will and literally every single thing he described about the experience of the car from the straight lines, handling like a go kart, hearing absolutely everything, having to pay attention the whole time and be one with car haha thats everything i crave in a car im so ready to build this car one day i hope it wont be hard to get the parts
1967 was a great year for Chevrolet, the Nova, Chevelle, Camero, Corvette, and the Impala all beautiful cars.
Dream cars I think the 67 novas are so beautiful
We have some good looking Novas around here, and the more I see, the more I love them. Awesome series you guys
my Father haved a Chevy nova Its great This car and remember me old times when i be a baby :')
Wow, you nailed the stance! Love it.
Really cool story and car. THIS is what its ALL about! Good for you, James!
These small episodes are beautifully produced, I could watch hours of them!!
My God what a car unbelievable you're a lucky man
Got to get my nova running
Thank you for this. These 66-67's were the palate for for the super street rod.
The car looks fantastic, the car sounds awesome !
Awesome good clean restauration Chevrolet Nova
Just beautiful. Nice car. A real car full metal.
Looks just like my first car. I loved it! I wish I still had it.
James your Nova is amazing! I really like early Novas and yours is one of the very best!
My first car 67 nova sold it 42 years ago and still regret it I loved that car
This Chevrolet Nova are beautiful, i love this videos, and the time lapses! #Hagerty
This is THE BEST CAR ever produced in America. My humble but absolutely correct opinion!
67 was a good year for chevy! I have a 67 impala!
Love the 66-67 novas, and this is probably one of the finest examples I have ever seen. Even ford/mopar fanboys are finding it hard to hate
I always love a car that has been gone through and updated and refinished to look correct. Never was a fan of the "patina" cars because they just looked like most of the hot rods back in the day because the cosmetics were always the last thing someone would spend money on so a fully finished hot rod was really rare in the midwest and you always appreciated them.
Beautiful car. Thanks for sharing. Love the film location 😎🤙
Super stuff. Love it.
As a paperboy a customer had a ss nova it was a survivor car no doubt always been taken care of.
Reminds me of my Nova. Awesome video.
When I'm old enough to drive I want a 1967 chevy impala
A 1965 wouldn't be bad either !
@@MartinLeMalin 59' or 63' convertible.
Love it! Such a beautiful car.
Nova ! 😍😘❤What a beautiful chevy car it is respect to this video friend 😎👍❤
Really nice ,like the stance of it...sweet
I like very much
Especially
Roaring sound power and colour

After my own heart. I bought a 66 SS Nova NEW & had so much fun street & strip racing. Wish I'd kept it or my 2 other muscle cars.
Awesome car. Have fun with it.
Beautiful
👌beautiful and perfect
Very beautiful car
Cool car and story
Nice , one of a kind ...
I loved
Nice one sounds great.
Love it.
'rather have an old Nova than a camaro Any Day !
Agree except for the '69 Camaro - thing of beauty in my mind
Same, 67 68 and 69 camaros are like cabs these days, even over here in Australia every second car guys garage has one sitting in it. They just do nothing for me... these things however
Nice paint!
My friend use to do that to, lean over going around a bend. Funny sh*t!
Love the car.
gorgeous
Good stuff..
67 you're heaven
That why i love my 69 f100 short bed 390 3 speed on the floor
i love these Videos
Good color
Nice one!
Prettiest '67 Nova ever!
I like!
Nice car!
As a baby boomer.. I had a 1967 Nova or Chevy 11 super sport... bucket seats..rally wheels 4 speed.. 327 v8 350 H.P...373 posi rear end... it was silver with red interior... beautiful car and a little over 3k new...and gas per gallon was the same as a pack of cigarettes..25 cents...those were the days....
Beautiful car. Low & mean.
Fair play to you lad.
Wish I could do this with my 1963 Ford falcon when it's done
Good mornin
good luck today
Badass Video. Protour Nova= Bitchin
My dad drag raced a 67 Chevy ll also cruised in a ls
What color would you say that is? Thx
❤❤❤ wooww so nice
Original is the best. That way you can truly connect with the times..
Interesting. I feel that the 67 El Camino is the best looking of the bunch.
First car I ever owned 66 Chevy II Super Sport 4 speed car
People now a days could not handle a car like this.
I have the same car and this video has made up my mind NOT to sell it!!!
I had a 62, with a straight six, beat a 327 Impala in 1/8 mile drag race in High School. It is still my fav car and I've had GTO's and Chargers. That 67 is a Beaut!
Something must of been wonky with that 327! I have a 67 impala with a 327 and i can guarantee i would smash a straight 6!
@@racer67 No doubt, I had a 62 Impala with a 283, I miss those days.
2nd favorite body style.......my 1st is a tri-five !
Great series! I"m not sure why this driver keeps asking questions though....It's you? and the car? For a muscle car? it is very modern? and it has a lot of modern technology? It is something that's modern? and Fun? I don't know the answers to these questions for the life of me. But it's a sweet car? Oops. It's a sweet car.
how big engine in 4cylinder
Danny Harris, Suburban Chevrolet, Baltimore had one built back in the day
Clean, wicked ride...
right up until an access ramp to the golden ring section of I 695 included a longgggg sweeping left at 120 mph-
Never ideal performance when any Nova is sliding on its roof
Rip
ini pun lawa juga....Nova lagi satu Road Runners, Road Runners tu Gold, Nova ni Silver.
-: models Silver tu biasa kurang famous tapi lawa.
Nice car, I go w everything u say, except I'd upgrade the brakes, fooling around in modern traffic, just power discs in the front
😍😄
Tom i cant see you,DAMNIT!!!!
Удивительно,мы абсолютно разные,но я полностью понял тебя незная ни слова по английкому!лайк за уважение!
Came here to hear how loud the car is. LOL
Make it a manual transmission and you will truly get to experience what the car has to offer.
If your kids don't want to drive it later on then give me a buzz. I'll fill in.
اروح شكشوكه
In what universe are all these California roads empty of other drivers?
Not bad ?
how to 90 hp big engine
Sabi Syan huh?
dude your hubcaps fell off!
in other words.... it only LOOKS like a 1967 chevy
That's why I drive........67 is the only Camaro.
Ummmm automatic?
I know, right? Kids today...
Shan Abdiel Don't be a hater. Having young people interested in real muscle cars is the important thing.
@@edwardchascsa4191
Manuals are important too.
Home of the Mad Never said they weren't.
@@edwardchascsa4191
Ok but it should be prioritized.
I love those old Nova's that is a great car to have but this one wrong color should be white so point off there
Lisint rap ประเทศกูมี serch
omg... this is trash for 2018
But great for 1968.
