That mark was a serious pain in the ass, but this dark version of Dean is one of my fav

Yeah the mark of Cain was the best and my favorite storyline I'm actually rewatching the episodes and oh my God I'm getting brain aneurysms cuz this show is stupid but I love it at the same time also sadly in this arc though Sam gets Charlie killed That's when I really actually started hating Sam but yeah

He loves you! Lucifer would destroy dean even with the mark. He’s still one of the oldest beings in the universe and you’re implying that Cain would’ve been a match for Lucifer. If that was the case, why would Cain listen to him? He would’ve tried to kill Lucifer. There’s only 3-4 things stronger than an archangel which would be god, amara, death, a nephilim made from an archangel, and possibly the empty.
Anyone with mark of cain is immortal and cannot be killed except be defeated .
Only someone possessing mark of cain along with first blade can kill someone else with mark of cain

I don't think we have ever seen Dean go this dark for that long until well now since Micheal is taking him to the prom now. Anyway, my heart ached seeing him struggle with it time and time again. In the same breath it was REALLY good and brilliant to see Jensen go from one end to another.
LadyKat Sasuke it would be cool to see dean still fighting the mark like amara never came into it it jus played out the same but god brought bck Mary and lucifer got released from the cage by Rowena and through season 11 12 13 and 14 dean still has the mark but he’s managing to fight it
This was excellent! So well put together, all the scenes from the beginning with the Mark. Really shows the journey it has taken us on - and highlighted the amazing talent of Jensen Ackles!!
The only problem is I've watched the bloopers of some scenes so much that I can't take them seriously anymore 😅

@@Godsecution because he was already gave up on his brother and maybe the things aren't related but after everything which shouldn't happened,happened!and Sam's role was nothing but just throw salt on his wounds and now that everything was over,the Dean which Sam knew was gone( I wish he stayed gone for two-third of this season!half as a demon and half second unable to be himself)and then Sam starts to try without asking if even he wants to come back or not!beside this topic(which I wish wasn't) was all about Dean throwing the demon out not what Sam tries,something he was too late for

Can we just appreciate the fact that not even the Mark of Cain, the mark that made him a violent, remorseless killer, could make him kill Castiel. That's how much Dean loves Cas.

for me yes absolutely cuz this is so perfect and very a matching to counter it to Hope Mikleson's(Legacies Series) turn off humanity mode,if Hope wants to be Dark well she should face someone from that is more worse and scarier than herself,it's kinda like a fight fire with fire,Hope Mikleson with her turn off humanity on herself vs. Dean Winchester with the Mark and the Blade of Cain on his own disposal when he is facing Hope Mikleson head on,i can only guess that'll be a Dark and very bloody fight between Dean and Hope if they faced each other while the air in their surroundings had been intensifies alround!

I wanna ask the writers so bad what was it that made Dean break the mark of cain and not kill Sam? I guess in the bible Cain killed his brother, Abel because he *hated* Abel. Whereas Dean *loves* Sam
Start at 0:40 in the video. Someone please tell me I'm not the first person to notice that the Mark changes in scenes. In this scene, it's shown on his *left* arm. Next scene, Cas pulls up the sleeve on Dean's *right* arm and asks 'What have you done?'

Jessica Jordan Put makeup on the right side of your face, look in the mirror, it does not magically appear on the left side.
Looking in the mirror is not the same as looking at someone else. Mirrors reflect the image. When you look at someone else who is facing you, everything is flipped (I assume you just thinking of this instead).
Corbin Wright he's looking at it in the mirror, it's the reflection of his right arm. They did the same thing in season 4 with Cas's handprint on his arm, the first time he looks at it is in a mirror, so it looks like it's switched arms, but it hasn't.

@He loves you! no theyre not. An archangel can remove the mark and thats it then. Assuming they wouldnt win the fight via reality warping/banishing. The first blade would kill an archangel but good luck getting a hit. Cain/dean would get humiliated hard.
