    Shrimp Basil Pasta Meal Prep made in just 2 steps
    Cook shrimp and vegetables, cook pasta, mix with seasoning, and you’re done!
    The recipe is so simple, but pasta is guaranteed to have harmonious nutrients and taste!
    It's the perfect menu for meal prep :)
    ■ Ingredients (1 serving)
    •50g short pasta
    •1t minced garlic
    •6 shrimp (based on Costco size 21-25)
    •Basil pesto 3T, olive oil 1T, salt
    •Red cabbage (optional, other vegetables can be substituted)
    ■Recipe
    1. Stir-fry minced garlic in a pan with oil and then fry the shrimp.
    2. Stir-fry red cabbage in the pan where the shrimp were roasted. Lightly fry the red cabbage until just wilted.
    3. Cook the pasta in salt water.
    When the noodles are fully cooked, drain the water, coat the noodles with olive oil, then add basil pesto and mix. Season with salt if necessary.
    You can enjoy it as cold pasta, or you can cook it for 1 minute and 30 seconds and enjoy it warm :)

    It's so easy, but it's super filling! Soft tofu cup rice
    Soft tofu provides a great amount of vegetable protein and makes you feel full, and if you microwave it for every meal, you get a warm, easy, and easily digestible cup meal.
    ■ Ingredients (1 serving)
    •250g soft tofu
    •1 egg, salt
    • Green onions, onions, carrots, mushrooms
    •1t oyster sauce
    ■Recipe
    1. Finely chop the green onions, onions, and vegetables.
    2. Add oil and green onions to the pan to release aroma, then add vegetables other than onions and stir-fry.
    *Please add any leftover vegetables you have in the refrigerator.
    3. Add 1t of oyster sauce to the stir-fried vegetables.
    4. Lower the heat to medium and cook the soft tofu and beaten eggs.
    If it sticks during this process, just add a little water. Moisture comes from the soft tofu, so add only a little.
    Divide the rice and soft tofu into microwave-safe containers.
    Just microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds to have a warm cup of rice.

    A delicious combination of grilled beef and potato wedges
    Protein King! Stock up on thin beef for meal prep.
    We grilled Australian wagyu for bulgogi.
    Healthy seasonal potatoes in wedge shapes
    I cooked it in an air fryer.
    The combination of beef and potatoes couldn't be more delicious, right?
    ■ Ingredients (1 serving)
    •100g thin beef
    •1 medium sized potato
    •Salt, oil, parsley
    •Sugar reduced ketchup (potato sauce)
    ■Recipe
    1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cut them into half-moon (wedge) shapes, and sprinkle with oil, salt, and parsley and mix.
    2. Bake in air fryer at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Flip over for an additional 10 minutes and bake for a total of 30 minutes to cook on both sides.
    3. Grill the beef on a stainless steel pen without oil. Seasoned with salt or herb salt and roasted over medium-high heat until moist.
    4. They also provided sauce to accompany the potatoes.
    I shared Sugar Reduced Heinz Ketchup! Potatoes have ketchup :P
    Divide into microwave-safe containers and stir for about 1 minute before serving.
    * I put the leafy vegetables to serve separately!

    정말 건강식입니다. 새우 바질파스타 넘 맛있어보여요!! 적양배추 안넣어 봤는데 한번 넣어봐야겠어요!! 영상 감사합니다.

      알아봐주셔서 감사해요 :) 적양배추보다 일반 양배추나 그린빈, 브로콜리 추천드려요! 맛은 괜찮은데 시간지나니까 파스타에 파란색으로 물이들어서 좀 그랬어요 X)ㅋㅋㅋ
