Wow, what a twist....Scarlet was the ender the whole time. I actually never saw that coming, and I never even saw this episode as a kid. I only saw up to I Was A Teenage Vampire and thought that was it. This was really suspenseful, making you think that all hope was lost when everyone had become a vampire. What a great ending to a Halloween special trilogy :)

I find it hilarious they managed to squeeze a Buffy reference in with Betty. She was only a cheerleader when the plot needed her to be for an episode or two just like Betty but the blond, bold ass-kicker is on the nose.

So wait.... If she was the chosen one all along... and if the vampire dude was already friends with her, for like, decades... which is plenty of time for the same occasion to recur over and over again... why didn't he get what he wanted?!?!

Richard Tucker He could've taken her vampiric essence, but then it wouldn't explain how she levitated to the ceiling where a curtained window conveniently waited to illuminate Count Medlock. Scarlet would've still had some vampirism left in her body to pull that off!
