Why my iphone 13 pro max usb cable not working on 2023 ridgeline? I want to enable apple carplay but says usb not working, is there a special cable that I need to plug in?

Sometimes aftermarket cables don't work properly with the features. There could also be an update for the app or phone. I would first use another phone to see if that works.
