UK police need to arrest that fake "police volunteer", it is not a boo boo. She should be arrested as she has violated the law, abused her power.
I don't think she broke any law though. Harmonie needs to know the law inside out to defend herself. If you know how to remove yourself from the jurisdiction of the police they can't stop you playing. However until you learn how to stand up to them with lawful force (stating your intention to sue them for malfeasance if they overstep), they will bother you until you stop playing. You need to learn how to turn the tables on them. I know because I have busked in the non-busking zone in Birmingham and the police couldn't move me on because I knew the law too well to fall into any of their traps. If you even answer their questions you have given them joinder. They are well trained, you have to get VERY smart to win this game.

The police officer displayed racist and hateful behavior and should be terminated from her position immediately. She's not someone who should be allowed to enforce the law anywhere. She needs to find a job working from home and not one working with the public. Sticking out her tongue was both arrogant, childish and rude.

The panelist saying that the police woman "is not a bad woman" is very misguided. ANYONE who abuses or misuses their power is deserving of every bit of criticism they receive and should NEVER be defended! Defense or sympathy on her behalf is shameful. The panelist who expressed sympathy for the police woman would be fortunate if he could grow half the backbone of the young woman who was actually the victim in this debacle! Why is the police supplying a British Police uniform to a foreign lady who has an adult only account. Met police really need to do more background checks. Plus the senior officer needs to be held accountable for his lack of understanding or interaction

I'm an atheist and I fully support Hermione's right to sing hymns in public. If huge groups can chant evil things about Israel and bring London to a standstill, one young lady is certainly entitled to do what she is doing. That special constable is a disgrace and my concern is that with her total lack of knowledge of the law and her misplaced authoritative attitude she could easily provoke a reaction that ends up with charges being placed. She should be advised that her voluntary services are no longer required.
