Kirby Dreamland 2 version is still the best one. That combined attack with the umbra of the moon was legendary

It would make sense though if mr shine was the sun since the sun mostly shines and it would make sense if mr bright was the moon since the moon is mostly bright

These guys were always my favorites of the _Kirby’s Adventure_ bunch. Can’t say for certain why, but I would absolutely love it if they made another proper appearance sometime soon. 🌙☀️
Well, for me, it's because of how they tag-teamed moves against you.
Everyone wants these two to return (probably), but as of recently they've returned as everything BUT a boss.

They were dead for so long it's sad. They never made any more appearances since Mass Attack.
Star Allies should remedy this but damn they are as old as the long forgotten Ice Dragon.

I'm glad someone else feels this way. I'm glad that HAL is showing love to old bosses but some of them still need to be revived. Would love to see these two in modern games. Same goes for Dygclops and the Moleys.

In the Strato Patrol fight, whenever Mr Shine's in the muddle of an attack when you kill Mr Bright it genuinely sounds a little sad when he's slowing down. Like, he just realized what you've done

I’m assuming that the Sun and Moon that Marx tricks into fighting each other in Kirby Super Star are Mr.Bright and Mr.Shine since they are alive even if only named Sun and Moon in the game lol.

I always thought Mr. Shine was the sun and Mr. Bright was the moon instead of the other way around because it's like the saying "Shine as the sun, Bright as the moon". I still consider their names to be that way, however.
