Ed really has peak dad energy in this episode. "Yoink," "Rexxy Doodle," and calling Cheyenne "Stinky" are just such dad things to say.
"Taughtable" 🤣 legit the best reptile dad
i didn't know that
cuz i have no dad
That’s after a 14 hour day, no wonder!
@@jefferydahmerstabz oof..that’s rough. I’m sorry you have to go through that and I hope you have a great support system.
don't forget, "just draw blrup, blrlrlup, blrup!"
The incubator is giving me TARDIS vibes. It obviously is bigger on the inside since it fits sooo many clutches!! SPACE EGGS.
THIS!
Or like that magic bag Hermione had.
The theme for their next clutch
Mary Poppins incubator lol
@@AlexandriaZubia They could name the incubator the Poppins cause baby snakes are poppin out….
I'm thinking that it has to do with losing 20% of the hognose eggs going bad.
Even magical things might not be able to have room for all of the eggs that have been produced!
If only I had a chocolate bar for every time Emily and Ed said "I don't know if these eggs will fit in the incubator" I'd be very happy
That would honestly be a lot of chocolate XD
If only EMILY had that much chocolate!
A chocolate bar for every time they say "I don't know if these eggs will fit", but the first clutch that doesn't *actually* fit in the wardrobe of incubators, Emily gets all the chocolate bars. XD
@@warriormaiden9829 I'm now really curious about the big eggs she mentioned :D
So would Emily
Technically as an archosaur, Cheyenne is closer to being a reptile than basically any other type of animal you could have lol
I was just about to comment this. Cheyenne is a reptile! (And more closely related to Rex than Rex is to Allie)
@@embyrr922 I'm going to go ahead and assume you follow Clint
@@embyrr922 I don't prescribe to the birds are reptiles side personally because morphologically dinosaurs are not reptiles, and stuff gets even weirder if you factor in Pterosaurs and their weird relation to both crocodilia and squamata. But you're right about Rex and Cheyenne being the closest cousins they have at SD! :)
@@brandibastian4193 How dare you assume correctly :P
I was going to say the same thing
I'm so excited for the hatching season to come!!! i can already see the babys
Same! Can't wait for the babies!
@Don't Read My Profile Photo why?
@@rose8336 it’s a bot
@@yukarii_p seems like the bot deleted its own comment
Same!!!
this breeding season is probably the most abundant ever. Truly a testament of the care and love you give to each and every creature. Better get started on that other incubator.
PS. *Please wear a mask when dealing with perlite.* *The dust is harmful.* 💚💚
I really really really hope there are some unexpected babies with all these clutches this year! It’s so much fun to watch Ed and Emily’s confusion and surprise! I think my favourite was “these will allll bebe albino… You’re not an albino!”
The Maury “you’re not the father drama” was so fun!
@@carschmn which clutch was this?
Or when they accidentally bred lumpy
Clint would be super happy to see you including Cheyenne with the rest of the reptiles, right where she belongs.
I'm glad I wasn't the only one that was like "well, ya know..." :)
As someone who owns an abused blue and yellow myself, seeing how relaxed Cheyenne is warms my heart. Screech is only just starting to get to that point after 4 years of slow love and protection. TY for not clipping her feathers. A well trained and well loved Macaw won't (generally) just fly off, and I saw your outing video a while back and that harness is the same I use for Screech, so
Cheyenne is flying so well! I’m so happy to see her look more confident with her training!
That incubator is a damn Tardis from Doctor Who and needs to be painted appropriately
Minus two points for not putting Nearly Headless Nick on one of those eggs, if for no other reason than he would’ve been insanely easy to draw. A line, a head, a sideways tongue flick, and you’re done!
I wanted Nearly Headless Nick, too.
that male fox snake truly knows what "don't bite the hand that feeds you" means
Yeah, it means the rest of the arm is fair game!
Was really hoping for Nearly Headless Nick to be a part of the clutch theme, but I love the derpy mix y’all made! I miss that little guy
Me too
Same 😥
ed, emily, i NEED a sharon update. the sulcata tortoise. is she doing okay? how is she? does she still try to dig into the universal rocks backgrounds? please i need to know she is doing ok
Hey Chloe - just a couple of videos back when they opened the mail live they showed not only Sharon, but 2 other big tortoises that are also living at Snake Discovery.
She looked really good, was moving all around the room, and after 3 hours of opening fan mail all 3 fell asleep in the room where Ed and Emily were videoing.
I hope this information helps.
@@alicecain4851 alice thank you so much you have saved my life. i didnt watch the livestream im so glad to have some sharon content
Ed’s sound effects for the pixie frog had me giggling. Both of you getting excited over Cheyene’s flight training was super sweet to see and Emily’s little strut afterwards had me grinning from ear to ear.
Can’t wait for the eggs to hatch so we can see baby fox snakes! And the hint about another clutch video has me on the edge of my seat with excitement to see who mom and dad are and how many eggs they produced. I can’t wait! Ahhhh! 😝
Yes they said bigger eggs. Wonder what it is.
Hopefully this fox egg clutch goes good this year! Last year it wasn’t too good, so best wishes for the oncoming season!
Hopefully because it's a different mama it's a better clutch?
love Cheyenne's little noises! Ugh, honestly I love her so much. And the fox snakes are so pretty! It's amazing how calm mama is with you reaching in and poking her, messing up her lay spot, and taking her eggs
Emily ,
“It’s like collecting chicken eggs”. Ed:” so like collecting eggs “ had me 😂 keep up the good work love your vids
Yep, their awsome!
Perhaps the incubator is running a little hot and cold in some places. The one your using now is ment for bird eggs and as someone who incubates all sorts of fowl I would like to say that nomatter how nice the incubator is there is always spots that are to hot or slightly to cold. Even when it reads normal trust me is off in some spots always.
I honestly didn’t think about that, but with how many clutches they have in the incubator, there’s probably some inconsistencies. Hopefully everything’s okay though
*New video posts*
My whole family: "Is the new incubator done?!"
Me: "Let's see"
Emily and Ed: *avoiding the incubator because it isn't done*
Family: 😐
To be fair, they did their job better than some of them dad hognoses. It's sad to hear you have a lot of hognose eggs going bad; is it possible some evil fungus attack spores are circulating like wild in that incubator and everything needs a good cleansing?
I totally said this on another video!!! ♥️♥️♥️
Can’t wait for hatching videos!
I am so lucky to have yall as role models. Just opened my own reptile store and the work is NEVER done. I've had plenty of 14 hr days, especially right before we opened.
I love watching Emily try to draw stuff- Ally and the bullsnake drawings cracked me up 😂
Yay eggs can’t wait for the hatching videos 🐍
I love noodle season.
@@gigidodson me too😁
@@gigidodson noodle season, I love that
Snake Discovery needs to make a magic incubator merch design!!! And one that has the definition of procrastination and then a picture of the Pepsi incubator. Lol we love you guys so much!!!!!!
7:53 startled me so much because i also have a milksnake named milkshake as well. im also super excited to see all the baby snakes hatch this year, they're adorable
They are good this year! Yay!
@Don't Read My Profile Photo too late
Cheyenne's little squeeks makes the whole video that much better😍
The staff is so helpful with eggs. I think the males want affectionate. Female is trying to hide the eggs under her. The black and white Tegu looks like blue the velociraptor with the stripe. The bull snake looks more like a fish or Tegu. Pixie frog looks cute on the egg. I love how thet always react when the lights go out. Well done girl
Dancing,dancing ,dancing, dancing Cheyenne!
Hi, loved the reptile rally today. I was the guy with the black and green colored hair, thank you so much for the cheap cage, truly a lifesaver!
Absolutely love your positive, educational, and entertaining vids, Emily and Ed! Been with you guys for the last 5 years! Can't wait to see how well the clutches do. Lovely drawings as always. :)
Happy to see Cheyenne is still flight training well 😊 she’s a good girl and seems to be loving the extra special time with mom/Emily
I love Cheyanne's tiny lil baby noises
Finding babies you didn't expect is always such a thrill. Thank you for creating such fun content.
So cool thank you for the video and every thing
i think the next project reaaaaaaaally needs to be the new incubator...like...reaaaaally considering you keep finding new clutches >.>
Can't wait until all these eggs hatch and the "do we have room in the incubator" worries become "do we have enough baby bins" worries! Good luck finding space for the upcoming baby boom!
Omg! The eggs were cool to see. I saw that the parrot was trying to help, haha.
Congratulations guys! I hope those little fox snakes have a good life with you when they hatch. Looking forward to seeing them hatch!!
Lots of lovely eggs
Lol the baby foxsnakes are like what da heck whose drawing on me
I think they have the second incubator built and have been secretly moving clutches there to give the small on the ultimate TARDIS feeling....I'm onto you snake discovery!! lol
These fox snakes are so adorable. I love how curious they are!
Yay!
They are hatching soon I CANT WAIT FOR ME TO WATCH THIS YOUR THE BEST SNAKE KEEPER EVER
I remain impressed with how many more containers you keep fitting in that incubator lol
I’ve been watching you guys for years and I get so excited waiting for your videos to come out! I love you guys and I hope to visit the zoo soon!
This year’s such a lucky year for you guys!! So many eggs that will be hatching this fall and I’m so excited for those vids to come
I've been watching so many eggs being laid down in the incubator. Can't wait to see the babies.
"Will there be room in the incubator?" Funnily enough there is always room. The Bull snake looks like a Tegu and the Tegu looks like a Monitor lol😊
Yay! More Beautiful eggs, I’m so excited bc all ways when there’s new eggs I all way think that soon there will be laying eggs to and love the theme too!
New Babiesssss!!!!!
I am totally listening to Cheyenne making noises! Am I the only one hearing her? It soon cute
Can’t wait for the eggs to HATCH
Woo hoo
Yessss, a snake discovery video
When you started drawing Cheyenne I was like ‘huh, a bat??? Which bat do you have?” Lol
11:43 just AN ENDER printer sitting on top like its nothing i love it lol
Omg! So happy they look good this year!
New eggs 😃
Hey! Met you at the grocery store tonight! So cool to check in and see how much things have changed. Thank you for filling my head with snake knowledge, and of course a couple miscellaneous scaly friends.❤️
When you said ‘this one first’ I was like ‘REXIE!!!’ and I am so happy I got this one right hahaha
No way raptures due summer 2022 🤭🤭🤭🤭 more room to find in that chicken incubator 🙈🙉🙈
Yay!
I could tell you guys were sleepy and loopy, lol. But congrats to the fox snake mom and you guys for the new clutch. I can't wait to see the snek babehs. :)
I'm always amazed how comfortable Cheyenne is around so many snakes. I'd think birds would have a natural aversion to snakes, but there is Cheyenne dancing on the snake shelf.
So excited!!!!!
Yay another beautiful clutch of eggs! Hope its good this year! There's a lot of good clutches coming in! I'm super excited!
so many dinosaurs on this clutch !
1:21 you can even hear Cheyanne celebrating the eggs
Eggs!
Congratulations your first!
Yay more eggs! I knew there was a reason I stayed up till midnight 🥲
I love you guys
I cannot wait for all the egg cutting videos later year. Emily your drawing skills are 100% better than mine.
Every time I see that they haven't made the Pepsi thing into an incubator, I'm so tempted to just drive the 8 hours, and just walk in with tools and parts and do it myself without saying a word.
So cute
So cool to see Chayanne’s flying improvement
All the drawings are reptiles except for ur frog sillies!!! What a lucky clutch, getting the exclusive Snake Discovery designs
Hey love your channel and I hope to meet you some day! Keep up the great work! Love you!
So excited!!
I planned to watch this video, but my son's CZcams loving blue eyed lucy ball python named Sans decided I needed to watch it RIGHT NOW! I was not disappoint. Also, all hail the magic incubator!!
Here’s a tip how to make little houses for your baby snakes you can Cut the bottom of a water bottle Paint it or not it doesn’t matter cut little tiny doors for the snakes
Awesome and cute and adorable ☺️🥰😁
Can we have a tiny update please
OMG HIII I’M A BIG FAN!!!
The shout out to bird tricks!! I love both of you
Omg 😳 Emily and Ed I love 💕 when I see ur notifications pop up
I can’t wait to watch this
EGGS!
Cheyenne: *squaks*
Ed: yea..you tell'em!
Me: 🤣
Omg you have had so many eggs this year!!
I love your work, you guys have made me want a lizard!
Seeing Emily trying fit all the eggs in the container reminded me of Tetris.
If you ask Clint, Birds are reptiles, so it still counts that Cheyenne is on there. :)
“Yay! You’re taughtable!!!”-Ed
I am totally stealing this phrase XD
I absolutely love snakes because of you guys! It really doesn’t run in the family but I love them. Keep up the great work
That blue dinosaur tho! 💙
love fox snakes, hope the egss do well
With a full incubator looking forward to lots of egg hatching. Would love to see a new shenanigans video
There's so much that's awsome about your channel.
I am getting worried that the new incubator isnt ready yet. Hopefully all the clutches in there are safe and hatch accordingly
