I tried to do this with a heart shape but I keep getting a message, “this requires a selection of multiple objects. The top object must be a single path or mesh, or symbol containing a single path or mesh”. Not sure what I’m doing wrong, Can you show how to do heart shape with text? Thank you!

Make sure you're text and shape are on the same layer. Put the heart shape on the top then try again :)

Actually, the problem is that Box should be in top. I was doing mistake that placing text in top. I hope it will fix problem.
