      Well, congratulations African Tigress, but l am very sceptic about these trees, which are also called thirsty trees.
      Eucalyptus trees suck up all the underground water, to an extend whereby you will see that stream' s water retention dwindling in short term.
      Eucalyptus trees are only good in swampy areas where one needs to suck up some of the water from the swamps.

      Must be grown in an area that receives a lot of rainfall or near a permanent source of water. Trees can be bought from different areas.. it's better to buy from around your area coz they'll be accustomed to your climate.

    • @awakam71
      @awakam71 Před rokem +1

      Hi @tinawakaranja2245. From what I know the eucaryptus tree does well in most areas in Kenya. I know for sure they do very well in central part of kenya for sure which is still within the vicinity of Kiserian. As for the source of the trees, my bro who has been doing the eucaryptus tree farming for some years now buy the seeds from some seeds shop(Am not sure of the name). He then grows the trees on the seedbed from the seeds themselves. During the rainny season (April-May) he then transfars the seedlings from the seedbed to the actual farm where they grow for 10 - 15 years.
