I loved the way the sound effects increased as you built up the bonus (same with Gorga). Loved the way you could drop all 3 tiles with well aimed hit. This and Gorga, really go the adrenaline pumping. Just downloaded Pinball Arcade (from the high seas) and it has all the classic tables except this game :(
GorgaR... **EDIT** Just remembered that game from the very early 80s - all I can remember is the table had been played so much by then, there was black grime all over the surface, making the male and female characters look like they had copious amounts of body hair...
i LOVE that you actually give quick tips and a ruleset at the beginning! it makes it better to watch the video since i havent played this one before...you should do this more!
Played this last night at a bar, unfortunately the top flipper wasn't working. Still, a fun game! A bit unforgiving for a neophyte such as myself, but still fun.
Mpu was KO. Tomorrow the mpu board will be back from repair service ( too much corrosion from battery, lots of new components ) and first try to re-give life to Meteor. If this will not be enough, think to buy a new universal bally-stern mpu. Stay tuned !!

I remember having this at our roller rink. I used to spend more of my time there playing this on skates than I actually skated.
I want another one of these..Such a fun game cause it's FAST and such great sound FX! Love that spinner sound and shot :-)

I remember playing this awesome Pinball machine back in 1979 down at my local pool room I was only 14 years old the. Great machine and good memories.
Once the game gets to that high "brown note" pitch... I would ditch the ball too just to get it to stop!

An LED upgrade done right, red, blue and yellow placed correctly can be quite impressive.
