470 g (3¾ cups + 2 tbsp) all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 teaspoons of baking soda
90 g (¾ cup) powdered sugar
3 tablespoons vanilla sugar
1 egg + 1 yolk
270g (9½ oz) butter
Apple filling:
1300 g (2 lb 13¾ oz) apples
5 tbsp raw sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Pudding filling:
4 eggs
110 g (½ cup + 1 tbsp) sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tablespoons vanilla sugar
80 g (2 ¾ oz) custard powder
870 ml (3⅔ cups) milk
110g (4 oz) butter
Baking pan: 35cm x 30cm
Bake: 180°C / 356°F 45 minutes on top/bottom heat

Если основу присыпать крахмалом, то и отжимать яблоки не будет необходимости. А сверху посыпать не стружкой а штрейзелем, то будет нежнее

What did you use for custard powder? I’m not familiar with this item.

@@gladysgonzalez4897 It's used for making things like a vanilla pudding. It can be used as cake layer filling, in Tiramisu, or to stuff a cannoli. It is primarily used in desserts like a fruit tart. Most commonly found in UK cooking.

Есть другой состав этого пирога и получается вкуснее вашего а тут порошок заварной и молоко и масло столько ненужных продуктов добавлять когда делается проще сливочное масло крахмал и яйца замесить и в холодильник начинка любая в тесто можно ваниль положить и на тёрку вторую часть тесто и получается нежный рассыпчатый пирог тает во рту а уваш усложненныц и время и продукты уходит больше

Um den Teig zu raspeln, hat die 1 Stunde im Kühlschrank leider nicht ausgereicht. Habe ihn in den Gefrierschrank gelegt. Jetzt klappt es mit dem Raspeln. Bin schon gespannt auf das Ergebnis 😊 Unabhängig davon, vielen Dank für das Rezept 😍
