Meet Dr Maria Daves - Consultant Counselling Psychologist and ADHD Coach

Dr Maria Daves is a consultant counselling psychologist and ADHD coach with over 20 years’ experience of working therapeutically in neurodiverse (ASD, ADHD). Dr Maria Daves currently offers autism diagnosis for those over 16 years old, and ADHD coaching for adults.

About Dr Maria Daves:
Dr Maria combines the cognitive-behavioural, systemic, and psychodynamic approaches to create a customised formulation and treatment plan for each client, based on the challenges they are facing and the changes they hope to achieve. She frequently employs Schema-informed therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy approaches. Dr Maria's method is based on an ongoing psychological formulation, which is a mutual understanding of the difficulties a client is currently experiencing that has been reached via exploration and reflection.
