  • This video demonstrates the procedure of how to install and change various settings on the Kuhn Terminal to allow the terminal to receive a rate from a third party controller/GPS. In this instance we are using an iPAd for GPS and an app (Omnia Connect) to send our fertiliser application rates to the Kuhn terminal. Omnia connect is a great fit for most spreaders in the market as it makes uploading prescriptions as simple as just a few clicks on the Omnia Digital platform to then download directly onto your iPad for use in field.
Uses for Omnia Connect could cover Fertiliser applications, slug pellets, variable rate drilling plans and potentially variable rate ag chem or PGR's.
drop me a message should you wish to discuss your own set ups and what variable rate could potentially unlock for your farm.

Oi mate. This is fantastic. Do you know if it could be linked to john deere monitor? Either way this is also very worth looking into. Thank you

Hi, many thanks for your feedback it’s greatly appreciated, depending on which element you’re trying to connect to the John Deere screen I believe you could connect the Kuhn/Rauch box via aJD link cable.
Bear in mind this will depend on the age of the JD screen, such as is it a 2630 screen or a Gen 4 screen?
There’s quite a few variables to each set up so sometimes best to get in touch.
