Im actually going through the same situation right now lol. I got the xc size 1 and it felt a little small, and could feel some pressure at my hips. Cruzr sent me the size 2 and it feels very comfortable. I believe ill be sending the size 1 back.
It definitely is im still learning something each time I set in it that makes it more comfortable but I have seen more deer since I started using it. Good luck on your season.
probably too late to mention this, but for people interested in the XC, your size 1 fit the best, but you solve hip pinch by moving the bridge amsteel up and down the bridge loops on saddle. The smallest of adjustments go a long way. I prefer mine just lower than center of loop to just lightly move the pressure towards the bottom webbing. Happy hunting.
I had the xc size 1 first and it did good but I started having a lot of hip pressure no matter what I did moving the bridge up and down the loops, making the bridge longer and shorter, to moving my rope up and down the tree I could not get comfortable with the pressure, so cruzr worked with me and sent me the xc 2 and man did it make a difference. Everyone is built different and Cruzr understand that and they will definitely work with you. It was the best decision I have ever made going to a saddle everyone that hunts needs to try one. Buddy you want regret it, I didn't even set in my climber last year and I found a half dozen places yesterday perfect for the saddle.
