You do know that the potato night on BBC Two was part of the end of Alexei Sayle’s Merry Go Round don’t you?! I taped this in 1998 and as far as I know there has been no repeat, so really happy I did that back then! Big fan of Alexei me, he should have an Alexei box set out with everything in it, it’s well overdue!!!!
