I really want to buy some packs but with the entry price being so high it seems like its not tailored to the average consumer
Some sets will go down in price in the future because they announced they were gonna print more but some will just keep on going up because of the cards that people need for their decks😭🥺 you should try getting starter decks and just practice with that

Man, your stated single card prices are crazy. In germany or europe in general, card price for LinLin SP for example is max 100€ at the moment. Perona AA is 50€, Zoro SEC 18€ and so on. If your prices/values are correct, with my collection, I would be at least twice as rich over there 😅
I just calculate the average median price from tcgplayer and ebay! Also these prices are in CAD 😙

New player here, from what I understand, the best set is OP 05 - manga luffys, since it has the most manga rares( luff, law and kid), most usable cards in the meta, and best value overall. 1/4
Honestly though, l've been trying to get into the game in the past 2 weeks, but it's basically impossible to get anything at normal price right now. Edit: 2/4
Boxes, packs, card ect. Everything is 1.5x to double the original price. A box of manga luffy or OP 05, should be 100$ USD but due to high demand it's 230$ absolute minimum. Packs should be 4:90$-5:00$ but they're 8$-13$ you get the idea. I wouldn't recommend buying at the current prices. 3/4
There are rumored reprints coming in the next few months that should lower the Online* prices I'd say wait to buy those. But If you can't wait, well I guess you can try to find em in Person* at local walmart, target, five belows near you, their sold out 95% of the time, but they sell at the original price. You can also try local Card shops but from my experience they are sold at the online prices 50% to 100% more expensive. 4/4

@@Tooslowcustoms The supply here is also bad as well. But seems still not that crazy like at your place. The box prices go down every single day, including single cart prices. OP05 also went down to 180€ per booster box. Wish you all the luck for your next packs, buddy!
the price of the AA is realy not in the reality... you can type anything ... Why not write 4 milion dollar ?
I base my prices from major Canadian stores like 401games and HobbiesVille so they are actually not far off 😂
Charlotte LinLin is going for $150 on TCG, that’s the avg price for what they have sold for in the last 3 months. As he’s stated the price he’s showing is CAD, so he’s not that far off. If he’s going off his local LCS prices, then his pricing is correct bc they tend to charge 10%-15% more than TCGplayer & EBay. It’s always been this way
