This is art… never played the original most wanted. Just the MW PSP & MW 2012. But you managed to capture that psychedelic atmosphere from the intros in MW 2012, only this was darker and grittier. The adrenaline sequences were also there from the older games, I love this.
Give this studio a budget to make a game. Great Job! Definitely wish it was real.

It would be so easy to make the greatest metaverse racing game of our era right now.
Get some physics-based geometry and sim-racing experienced devs that work in UE5, start working on a bare-bones conceptual game with realistic physics and driving gameplay, throw several years worth of development and crunch with just $50-100 million in budget, work towards a $200M+ launch product. Create a game that feels less like NFS, and more like a race sim that takes places on the streets that are inspired by NFS, make it feel like lighter Beam-ng on steroids with full RP. Give it all the love and care of the details in a giant open-world with persistent netcode, full car customization, AI police that are actually formidable, allow players to join onto the police force or join street racers. Make a user market that allows players to build cars and sell them on the market (which will be heavily moderated by the devs). Take the Forza Horizon business approach and sell car packs and parts that artists will be working on after launch to keep players coming back, as well as tons of games that take place inside the world. Give it a private match option as well. Give the map totally unique areas for all sorts of different motosports that revolve around street courses, and add a few race tracks. Might even separate the track days from the street racing and allow players to race in a more controlled and rule-based setting rather than the cut-throat unforgiving street. But on the street, force players to pay for repairs, build rules that force the community to try to race clean, and heavily punish players that do not race clean such as giving them a heat factor that make them "most wanted", which will stop them from being able to win races due to police presence going after them, or players refusing to race against them due to their heat factor, but they go for a huge reward when defeated.
Get tons of different enemies such as helicopters, motorcycle police, gangs, etc. Reward the most for players that go for clean getaways and slower inconspicuous cars (sleepers). Kill any forgiveness such as surviving a major crash and staying in the race, or getting caught by police, or just taking a wrong turn. Any number of small mistakes can end the race. While police will have access to vehicles that have some armor and reinforcement that will allow them more collisions. Add heat factors to mods, such as wide body and cat-delete will make police go after you more, or pull you over if you meet certain criteria (like speeding, exhibition of speed, fender bender, property damage, etc). Make a RP feature that allows for police to casual chase and pull you over, give you a ticket to pay instead of wrecking your car, costing you more, towing your car to a yard for a certain time, or even crushing the car if you are "most wanted". Force some players to opt out of a current street race that will cost them badly by pulling over instead, and taking away their car for a short period of time. If a player has a "most wanted" factor, they will not only lose their car when they get caught, but have to pay major fines for infractions against other players if they have raced dirty. Giving some players an option to go for revenge against most wanted players, like a bounty system, but achieved through racing (purposeful crashing will penalize the perpetrator more). Make it a huge penalty for ramming and griefing, don't ban these players, kill their account to the point where they can only afford a stock civic with a fart can, they need to work hard to get back to a pace that will put them back into being able to compete.
Give a more real-world approach, where side shows that start become a gtav lobby are swarmed and multiple players can be heavily penalized by police. Car meets are watched by police and will be shut down when law breaking starts to get out of hand. Do not give in to soft-handed gameplay and casuals, make this is a HARDCORE street racing-sim metaverse. Like Star Citizen for street racing, with all the physics, amazing graphics, realism, hardcore nature, and unforgiving aspects of the mistakes you dare to make. Make car upgrades a large expense that risks the investment you put into the car, such as running too high boost will blow the turbo at some point, engines will need to be rebuilt after driving hard, tires will need to be replaced, broken body panels and other exterior car parts can be removed but they will attract police attention that can result in a fix-it fine, and make entire balance system that rewards players building on reliable platforms and makes it a huge risk to buy into exotic sports cars.
People that buy the new fast and expensive cars will end up quickly being "most wanted", and get all the clout and chase once they decide to break the rules. Make whales and no-lifers live on a different level that can be isolated from the rest of the public, they are a big target and heavily scrutinized in both cost and law breaking when they decide to be on the street. They attract the worst attention from players and AI if they decide to be risky with their driving. While they risk very little by just just showing off, and lawful driving. Players that grief them will find themselves in bigger trouble, and could end up paying huge fines due to insurance. Give players an insurance system that allows them to cost other players money for causing damage. Those premiums go up when you use that insurance, and you are not insurable if you have "most wanted" status or just have a lot of infractions.
These features will all balance into a massive open-world of players that need to be self-aware of their driving, and give massive thrills when the rule breaking occurs. Give it that loot extraction level of stress, but with the factor of fun even if you lose. The big losses are harder to come by, which makes for the small loses recoverable, but still considered a mistake that needs to be either fixed, or skill that needs to be honed-in.
TLDR; a Star Citizen, Beam-ng, Escape-from-Tarkov-level-of-risk-and-stress open-world metaverse PvPvE street sim-racing game that focuses on being as realistic as possible to actual street racing. The E46 M3 GTR is the car based on what the "most wanted" factor would be, a track toy race car on the street. Players are forced to race clean, griefing will only make you poor and slow. This game would take hundreds of millions to fund and years to make. Star Citizen is the main inspiration here as far as business model, cars would be extremely detailed and expensive to purchase or work towards buying in-game. Exotic cars would be so insane to buy you would need to be a whale or a no-lifer. Early investing is open market, community can invest early in cars the dev team will start to work on to gauge what the audience want most. Money will have to play a big factor for this project to work, and everyone is desperate for a good racing sim, while pandering to the larger market that wants a social experience metaverse with it like forza horizon. This is will also force low-skilled casuals, such as children, to be isolated from the serious players. The whales can have their own isolated group, while having the best protection, but also being the biggest target. This allows for a fun RP game of street sim-racing never seen before outside of beam-ng. The market this game aims for are the people with the highest skill that know how to manage risk-vs-reward. Everyone else is just an immersive factor for these players trying to achieve success.
