If it sounds this good with just the auto instrument noises I can’t imagine how nice it would sound with an actual band playing it
Wow this is really amazing. You are very talented, especially for only being in high school. I especially like movement 3, and the finale is fantastic.
Man, that commitment payed off! This is epic! I wanna see this performed now 😏
Very well made! I’ve listened to your stuff for a few years and this keeps up your standards. good job
Definitely worth the wait
very engaging music, great work!
Wow this is really good!
This is absolutely great! I use musecore too and know how hard it is to make these. Nextime please show the drumline's music also
dayum i gotta send this to my band director
Really like this! I’m going to use this as practice to write drill.
This is a very impressive! I have no doubt judges would appreciate the advanced technique in this music. Could you post percussion as well?
Amazing work. Would’ve continued marching in college but the dues payments got to me… ;-;
Goat 🐐
mello part is so good wtf
edit:
the chord not resolving at 2:41 is killing me ;-;
Chord resolves don't exist, they're a concept invented by the jedi
As a trumpet player, I can confidently say mellophone is the best instrument
@@therealnocommonsense I play trumpet for concert season but march mello because it's the best
The battery is awesome…I gotta see the music! Where can I take a look at it?
THAT DRUMLINE SOLO AT 2:46 OMG I WISH MY BAND COULD PLAY THAT 😭😭
@@crisp6051erm.. a drumline solo is literally a percussion break by definition 💀💀💀

I’d like to write a new percussion book to this for fun and practice writing. Could you send me the files for Musescore please?
I love this, is it available for purchase/licensing?
Fantastic show. I'm trying to arrange my own and I have a question. How did you overlay the percussion in musescore when it's not actually on the score?
The percussion is actually on the same score, I simply made it invisible bc no one needs to see my atrocious percussion writing
@@therealnocommonsenseoh? as a percussionist i am now curious to see what you actually wrote 😭😭 (/lh)
We should work on a Indoor percussion show together
do you mind if i could have alto sax part?
What are some good tips for figuring out how to continue into a new movement and how to figure out what you want it to sound like? Also, about how long did each movement take to make and what platform did you use to write it?
I use Musescore as my main notation software. For this show, each movement took around 1 1/2 months. 80% of that time was me experimenting with different ideas tho. When it comes to figuring out transitions between movements, there's not really a definite answer for that question. If I can't think of something right then and there, I usually just let the music kind of marinate in my head for a couple of days or so and don't really touch the piece. Then after a while either an idea will randomly pop into my head or I will hear something from my surroundings, whether it be from a ad, or a car passing by my house or something like that, and it will give me an idea that I'll try out. That's how it usually happens for me at least.
@@therealnocommonsense Could you possibly review my music? I believe one of my pieces just finished uploading.
L no bari sax
Do u have a Instagram bc I have this solo I have to play for marching band and I have no idea how it goes
I got some more marching shows on the way, the 4th of July themed show is not gonna be on 4th of July (bc I started it last week) but it'll be out eventually
is it possible if u could send me the pdf for the mellophone 1 part?
