Yea I organize by color on the plate. All the parts has label with color

2 questions: 1) I have a 170 x 150 x 150 mm build plate, is that big enough for all the parts without scaling? 2) Did the STL files come with instructions for building and which pieces should be colored once everything is printed?

Small build plate print slower parts. Pieces to coloured depends on your reference
