This is a very interesting and useful process Mr C, thank you for sharing. I have a commercial shoot with no time pressures in a couple of week so I am going to shoot a further set of images beyond my planned album and "play around with them" as per the video. Great stuff, cheers.

We all do! I've been shooting for years and have just started really drilling into the skills to produce some of the best images I've ever produced. It's a journey and constant learning but that's the best part!
Thank you! Remember that the journey is more important than the destination. If any photographer reaches a point where they think they have it nailed, they don't :) We all keep learning every day. The more I learn, the more I realize I have more to learn :) Don't stop learning, and never give up!

Great video Nathan! Quick question, when I use Apply Image on my layer mask it doesn't convert into a luminosity mask like yours but instead my mask stays completely white. Any idea why that would happen?
Thanks! Without seeing what you are doing I'm at a loss. We could do a paid private session (email me if you want more info) but I'd first suggest looking closely at how my layers are ordered, and the option selected in the Apply Image dialog, there might be something simple you could have overlooked.
Nathan, I just started your real estate classes, they are phenomenal! I am so thankful to have found your site. On a side note: I am struggling with finding the right RF trigger to purchase for my EOS R. Also, do you recommend a MAC or a PC for professional photo editing?
