I am a cottage fooder in Mississippi and have 3 products that am continually do well at farmer’s markets and festivals. I would like reach the max annual sales for my state before I launch my products as packaged. In the meantime I am learning so much with your videos..Look forward to a possible coaching relationship with you in the near future..
I’ve heard that for food items the markup from wholesale is lower than 50%. Do you know if this is true? How much of a markup from wholesale do you think would be appropriate for a packaged confectionary?? Would this be the same when selling to a store to sell your product vs selling to a restaurant to use your product??
