  • Here's a very traditional Greek recipe for lamb and celery avgolemono aka arnaki selinato. These Greek recipes feature that classic lemon egg sauce known as avgolemono. Only downside is that you will need about four loaves of fresh Greek bread and two pounds of feta with this dish. Try it today, love it forever...

@tompagano9015 Ken passed away almost a year ago. He took a trip to Greece for his annual olive harvest, and passed away shortly after.

@@arthurmcdanielsen7489 Thanks Arthur. Recently worried about inactive You Tube sites. Will I be able to call up my saved recipes? Suspect not. Worried about Gianni of North Beach. No videos for two years. 😢

New subscriber here! I’m new cooking but I want to learn how to cook Greek food because I love it so much! Can you teach us how to make octopus? I always get that whenever I see it on the menu at a Greek restaurant because it’s so good 😍

How can this not be a hit lamb and Avgolemono sauce - two favourites of mine, definitely going to make this. I think this would be nice also with chopped baby bok choy as a change up. Thanks Ken.

I feel like the only difference with the eggs is if you separate the whites it makes the sauce a brighter yellow color. It's prettier for presentation but the taste will be just as good.
