At 8:07, we see the person turn off cell phone and perform a Factory Reset. In my case, this procedure proved to be incorrect. I had to start the whole process again and instead of Factory Reset I had the device loaded to the main menu. I clicked all the notifications and the cell phone started. So the conclusion is: Do not perform a Factory reset at 8:07, but instead let the whole process load up to the main menu.
