I've read about Willhelm after make the Cloudbuster he found UFOS and he turned his Cloudbuster into a Stargun becuase he realized that UFOS were generating negative Orgon energy.

You need to read and research to figure out how his divices were constructed. people who give out this knowledge directly are a threat still to people in power. You do not need machines and devices to harness this energy. You can do it all yourself. But the devices can help to achieve certain things. But just awareness and knowledge about the energy is enough to acomplish things.
