However, I do believe in the children learning “no or that something can’t be done so that they can handle rejection is this cruel world.” My children are adults now and they thank me now and that is a great feeling. Girl, you made me cry 😢. Our stories are so similar except I’ve been at this digital marketing thing for over a year now and have gotten nowhere. I promised myself I wouldn’t give up. I remarried but my drive is due to the struggles I go through with my husband not doing his part consistently to contribute to the household so I am looking for financial independence so I don’t have to depend on him anymore.
