When you switched to the hardwood floor attachment you should have thrown down some Cheerios again to see if it would pick them up . A good stick vac should.
Do you know if I can add the “detachable nozzle storage” if everything else is assembled & I did not add it to the charging station stand during assembly?
Ypu have to yse the fluffly head that is desined for hard floor and do 10 times better job of the standard head that is much better for carpet! And also you wase not in turbo mode just in midium

You need the soft roller attachment for hard wood floor that's why you weren't picking up the bigger particles

Serious question if you were to choose between this and the shark rocket duoclean corded vacuum ?
