Successive Euro finals is incredible and never been done before so fickle younger fans don’t realise the enormity of doing it. Spain are favourites and are a great team but it is one game and can be done. If United can beat City in the FA cup final then England can best Spain. Will take a massive effort but man for man we do have the players. To lose 2 finals will be hard to take though.
Yeh it's odd emotions. I'm OK with England being underdogs. Less expectation. If we don't win I'll understand it but then I'll be thinking we came so close and when is it our turn? But I'm also not prepared mentally for winning it either. Lol that possible reality is scary too.

They said Italy would smashed us 3 years ago and we were a penalty shoot out from winning it. Italy were a better team than Spain. Spain have had some luck on the way too
@rene Meulensteen the reason why holland didn't play well is because England played better and dominated the play. They had their chances but couldn't finish.
In the first half i would agree but the game could have gone either way,the Dutch had chances as well in that second half also..
@@kailashpatel1706 I dunno ,those 2 shots from Foden (especially the stunner which hit the top left hand corner of the goalpost and the one which "stood" on the goal-line were very very close).

Nonsense. VaR officials destroyed what should have been a fair game but gave England a penalty that never was and the ref was biased against the Netherlands throughout.
@@alibabashero Well, you could say about the English ref who didn't bother to look at the VAR when Germany was disallowed a certain penalty near the end of extra time against Spain. People were complaining he SHOULD have checked.

The manager can only do so much.....but the players are the ones out there that have to take us over the line. All the foriegn managers that have come and gone hadnt taken us to consecutive finals etc the players are the ones out there on the pitch and it's their job to execute those chances.

Netherlands are not getting any credit at all for getting to a very unexpected euro SF after having to play the entire tournament without both DeJong & Koopmeiners who are their 1st choice midfield. had they been able to play v england i think we would likely be seeing NL in the final v Spain.

@@User-ei7eo you clearly have never seen him play. he has scored 30 goals from central midfield the last 2 seasons. i think that is more than a "decent player". in fact this season by himself he's scored the same amount of goals as Gallagher, rice, mainoo all put put together..... he would walk into the england starting 11.
