For a Batman / city stalker character, I used to use Undertaker's tron with the Alpha City for a nice, easy tron.

Plz do tutorial on “classic WWE game totontron video” with like 5 or 6 images that just flicker like in WWF no mercy - wrestler images and text image of their name etc- keep in mind I can’t even figure out how to keep it all in 1 later and make images length longer - 2-3 seconds per image I can’t even figure out how

Could potentially have something to do with the amount of free space you have available on your console? Maybe try freeing up some space, if you can, and see if that works.
