Yes its a fun little park flyer Robby, pretty quick and being that it is brushless for such a low cost is awesome! Optical Flow stable hover really impressed me

To demonstrate optical flow position work, it is better to fly in some pattern beneath. On same all green grass pattern it is often ofp failed to work, and make it begin drifting.
was trying to fyl mine with just my phone, that was a mistake. I will rewatch you video to get a better idea on how to use the remote. Thank You for the awesome video.

Ive bought this drone came for the review on it, my camera is literally 1080p and its smooth and clear
I like that it holds it's position well but they shouldn't be advertising it as gps. Nice job Dave.
Yes its a shame about the vendors dishonesty, but this is a great park flyer, I was impressed by the optical flow holding position
All my buttons don't work in the app like auto follow etc
This drone has no gps module, so it can't follow
This drone is cheap but is dangerous. sometimes the signal cuts without any reasons. If the signal out of range, drone still forward moving no stop. It can collide with other things especially car or people without notofication.
That is why you do not fly this drone beyond 100m range, this goes for most cheap priced toy drones!

Why does my S1S control work on opposite directions ( move the joystick to the right and the drone moves to the left and vice versa ) any fix for that?
That's sounds odd buddy, never heard of any transmitter and drone going in opposite directions 🤔
You put the drone in wrong position head should be away from drone

Hi Wayne this drone has no GPS module if thats what you wanted, so it can not record it's home point like a GPS drone does to return and land, but it is stable as you can see in the flight test, it has an optical flow positioning camera on the bottom of the drone so it can hover in one spot quite well. Yes the E88 1800mah 3.7v batteries are exactly the same ones as for this drone

The IR obstacle avoidance won't work outside worse if the sun is out they are perfect for in doors

It's rated at about 100 to 150m range distance, not sure about altitude

LOL maybe be easy on the throttle stick and descend slowly. Or use the auto land feature

Hi I recently found this drone and I have a question if I can buy a controller for it or if it has to be original or if it is interchangeable
You'd need to find and buy an original controller for it to work to be able to fly or it's just going to be pretty much useless, or download the app and fly it with your phone
Can we put the Go pro on it to get good video quality more than the original camera itself??

How would you compare this to a hubsan 501?
That was my last n it seemed nice until it decided to take off straight up into a tree 30ft overhead and then busted on the fall. Havent fixed fully yet
Not sure where you thought i compared this to a Hubsan H501, I don't recall saying that in this video, maybe i mentioned how good value this one is compared to the Hubsan H502E brushed toy grade gps drone i bought back in the day in 2016/17 when they cost more back then, than this one does today with more features.

@@gvibes69sorry but at the time of making this video over 2months ago this drone was just released and there were only 2 vendors on aliexpress selling this product, Are you sure the $37 one you found is brushless because there is a brushed motor one that i saw about that price and it's not the same drone. I have not bothered to check aliexpress for updated prices since posting this cideo but if i find any cheaper as you said i will change the link.
@@gvibes69 Thanks for bringing that to my attention, i have now changed the links to the cheapest one i could find and a better rated vendor. Like i said in my previous comment there were only 2 vendors that stocked this drone at the time of making this video, but now i see there are many selling this drone now at much affordable prices

I got this thing in the mail today , flew it for 5 minutes , not sure if i flew too high but im assuming it lost signal and it just went and flew away. Kinda bummed out i really wanted it to last
Wow man that's unfortunate for sure, i had zero issues with this one i have, in fact it flew great. The range is stated to be about 100m on the listing online, if you use the wifi on the phone as well that can shorten the range a little as well so maybe wifi interference played a part in yours flying away :/
