Nice work dude! I just happened to make my own Handlebar plate today (all day). Im happy to see that people out there still have skills to make their own parts.
looking great! I'm in the process of building mine too, i like the recess in the handlebar conversion to put it in the original cup, you should make and sell those, good luck on the build, wish i could weld and make my own wide forks!

THANKS DOMINIC. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER CUSTOMIZED UP A BIKE.
So far so good... I'm trying to do in Brazil
I HAD A BASIC DRAWING BUT THEN IT WAS JUST A MATTER OF GOING ON AND OFF THE LATH TAKING BITS OFF UNTIL I WAS HAPPY WITH IT.
Thanks this vid was helpful
Now I got the idea.can't do the threading though.maybe I'll be just using bolts and knots.;)
Please share the drawing piece with us to do by myself. ...
Pls giv full video how to make it..?
i have a series of videos on CZcams
I like you idea. But the creases you put in the bends have really weakened the bars.
THE BAR I USED WAS 3MM THICK. I AM THINKING OF MAYBE CHANGING THE STYLE A BIT TO RAISE THEM. THANKS FOR YOUR FEEDBACK.
You are correct but if you are on the bike and wreck hard enough to bend these bars, You got bigger problems to deal with like a hospital bill.
Hi , excellent video . I have a cuestion . How to make the piece ?(circul) or who person can help me with this piece?(blacksmith)
