Literally hiding in plain sight because this is the most confused I've been on how someone won. Overall, 43 was in one word: mid. Not really bad, but also not really good. Forgettable season in years to come, somewhat forgettable winner in terms of gameplay. My rankings from best to worst, currently stand at 42, 43, 41 for the New Era.

there's actually a secret scene of the finale where morriah came back from the edge with the hourglass and instead of turning back time, it reverses the boot order, making her the sole survivor of the season instead

Even though the producers never create the title sequence anymore. All of these feel so real. I can’t wait to see myself if I ever get on the show.

Gambler's final tribal was amazing,,,.... those two other finalists were shocked because they underestimated Gambler... good season

His final tribal council was NOT amazing LOL. Just read the exit interviews. Multiple castaways have said that his final tribal council was actually awful, and that he just rambled on and on. Literally read Owen’s exit interview, he goes in to that. That’s why Cassidy and Owen were so shocked when he won, because he had such an abysmal final tribal council. The jury went in to the finals already planning on voting for Gabler, his final tribal council was literally nothing special.

Gabler actually isn't much worse than Cassidy, if at all. It's actually another case of more social VS more strategical, but in subtle shadow mode. Cassidy marked more targets and was rightfully targeted herself, but while she just went and said "This guy is a threat, let's take him out", Gabler casually weaved his strategy into conversations, and he marked Cody. Maybe Cass was a bit of a gamebot. That doesn't change the fact that I would have voted for her and she deserved... at least a few more votes, if not the win itself.
They were both good players, but I want even more from Cassidy. Assuming she returns, she has a high chance of becoming the new era's Parvati or Sarah, improving a thousand-fold to become one of the very best. And Cassidy did a lot more than Parv or Sarah on their first seasons.

Gabler was my win pick from the start, simply because I thought he had a funny beard, that beard earned me 500$ Love Gabler, so glad he won.

I’m just glad that someone I predicted to win pre season actually got to the final 2. Cassidy I feel like has a strong chance to return.

Exactly. Cassidy played much better, and was always a target. Gabler was never a target because everyone knew they could beat him.
