A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes - Piano Chord Voicings (Intermediate)

Although it's not really a jazz standard, "A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes" is a song written and composed by Mack David, Al Hoffman and Jerry Livingston for the Walt Disney film Cinderella (1950).
I tried to keep the same harmonic frame as I usually do (mainly just use chords that go up to the 7th) but the nature of this composition demanded a bit more chord extensions and also more movement. I also changed a few of the original harmonies. The purpose of this video is to offer an easy way into the Jazz world for intermediate pianists who don't know where to start when studying Jazz. Have fun learning and playing this arrangement!
