Everyone’s different. I wasn’t doing a lot of extra things to my hair in order to really test out the product. It’s also genetic for my hair to grow fast, but I did see a difference using this product.

Thank you so much for watching! Personally, I wouldn’t take both together only because I want to see how it reacts with my body and which product works more efficiently. However, if you are trying to take the vitamins and the msm for quicker hair growth I would suggest choosing one method to focus on and switching it up if it’s not working. I hope this helps ❤️
