-5 cups of coconut milk
2 bags of agar agar powder(or14 tsp of agar powder)
-3 cups of sugar
-4 tbsp of rice flour
-2 tsp of salt

And in place of agar powder can I use gelatin and if yes how many grams.
Or is there an substitute for agar.

do you know why mine turned out watery? i used 13 cups of water
Maybe 1. you didn't mix the agar powder 20 mins prior? Or 2. You didn't completely boil the agar or 3. you might of not have waited for the jello to cool down a little bit before putting them in the molds
