This comment makes me really uncomfortable. âbaby hairâ styling was some thing created from black culture (as is this entire hair style) and using the word âtamedâ to describe her styling her straight hair just doesnât feel right. Itâs already pretty bothersome when people recreate things black people made and talk about it in an obsessive way. (Referring to the title). All in all..Box braids arenât the only form of culture appropriation.

@@unfazedjae2645 Do you straighten your hair? That may be the problem, because heat does a lot of damage to your hair. I am not familiar with curly hair so I don't know if I am right, but you should put your straightener aside and let your hair grow and heal. When it becomes strong again, cut those thin ends and you will have beautiful hair again :) Or is it genetic? Either way, you should try it

Just chop some long curtain (brigitte bordeaux type) bangs and use it to semi cover that shit up this way youâll still be able to sweep them behind your ears when wearing you hair down
