    Here are the ingredients you'll need:
    1kg medium-sized red chilies
    1/4kg small piece of tamarind
    1 tsp mustard seeds
    1 tsp fenugreek seeds
    1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
    1 sprig of curry leaves
    250ml oil
    salt to taste
    Instructions:
    First, wash the red chili and dry on cloth under a fan air
    after 30 minutes clean the red chili and cut in to small pieces and make it in to course with the mixer or grinder
    now add the tamarind to the course grinded red chili
    now add the cumin powder coriander powder mustered powder and mix it well
    now half of the portion keep in the refrigerator and half of the portion for temper
    For temper:
    heat the 250 ml oil in a pan add cumin seeds, musters seeds , curry leaves, hinge and dried red chili finally add the rechill and turmeric pickle for pope.
