Look, I'm a very blessed biracial.Individual half black half white and I was adopted into an amazing white family and I grew up right outside of Mississippi State University. So I lived a very, very blessed and comfortable life.Where I have struggled some but nowhere near somebody in the projects, Even I am offended 4 people who grew up like this and I never had to grow up like this and even in our state of living paycheck, the paycheck right now I still have never had to live like this and to make a mockery out of it and joke around about it. It's disgusting yet Yavette nicole brown completely stands by us even when the creators of the show have stated their completely against it.

@@jool7793 I don't consider those projects because most of the state of New York are skyscrapers.
Chicago stores and grocery stores are moving out a lot of Brooklyn Oakland, California Pine Hills Florida. Can I name more?
They're fast being torn down and replaced with high priced lofts as gentrification continues across the nation. That's why I said this show felt like some white man's (or someone trying to APPEAL to white people) idea about hood life in the crack era 80s. There's literally a scene in the trailer where there are what appears to be drug addicts and derelicts passed out all over the ground outside of the project building smh...
In NY we have several projects
I guess if the message was from the 1980s and 90s. But get time is it supposed to be progressive at the end of good times they really did make it out of the projects. So what this is saying is after three generations we end up back in the projects. There’s no conspiracy to put guns in our communities because we bring them in ourselves or drugs a lot of people make money off of the drugs in their own community. So I guess if we were in the 80s this would be funny but work in 2024 so it’s just outdated. I grew up in the projects in the 80s and 90s I remember how it was I moved out of the projects they should have too.

The animation is terrible. The movement looks janky like it’s got a low frame rate.
The moment I heard Seth McFarland name in the credits I knew that the Tyler Perry of Adult animation is here. It looks like the Cleveland Brown Show wasn't hood enough, and a hint of The Pj's is a current year stew. It's just too cringy for me and I'm definitely not watch it.
