In America we make one pan Meals!! You take a sheet pan!! You put some oil on the pan!! You season some chicken pieces with spices , .cut up potatoes and carrots!!Season them well Cut onion and garlic Sprinkle it over the chicken and vegetables!! Add a little more oil!! Preheat oven to 375 degrees!! Bake chicken for45 minutes to one hour!! Voila!! A delicious Meal!!
