How in 4th question ,you subtracted four when the question was four years from now?
We are trying to check the answer with the current age , and the options are given for the current age +4 so we just remove 4 from options and check..hope this helps..

Sir was solving backwards, given options are age of A, we know the ratio of A's present age and 9 years back , so he checked which is divisible
In 5th question 100/100=1 then how we get remainder 0??
we will get quotient as 1 but remainder as 0 (100/100)
